*Teen contestants must be between the age of 13 and 17 (You must be a junior, you CANNOT be a graduating senior. (You must turn 13 by the State Finals (June 16, 2013) and cannot be older than 17 on July 31, 2013.
*Miss contestants must be at least 17 years of age at the time of their first appearance in the preliminary round of the Local competition and be no older than 24 years of age on December 31, 2013.
